To obtain EB-5 Visa every applicant has to meet certain requirements.
- The requirements are identical to general requirements for people entering the USA. The United States does not allow those who have committed serious crimes, murder or drug trafficking, as well as people who had connections with terrorist groups.
- Investor has to prove that his/her investment created at least 10 jobs.
- Investor has to show that the investment funds came from a legal source.
